Breast Cancer Treatment

Developed an end-end ML system, consisting of classification and segmentation, to grade IHC images and suggest an appropriate treatment corresponding to the grade.

Blindness Severity Detection

Developed a system consisting CNNs and EfficientNet to detect blindness caused due to Diabetic Retinopathy. This system achieved an accuracy of 94.80%.

Developed a system to detect the ISUP grade of prostate cancer. The system achieved an accuracy of 92.38% in grading (Consists of finding and classifying cancer tissue).

Developed a Sequence-to-Sequence RNN with LSTM that can learn chord progressions from music in the training data and generate new music.

Implementation of ECN+ for ns-3

Implemented ECN+ in ns-3, an extension of ECN aiming to solve a drawback of ECN. ECN is a signaling mechanism used to signal the sender about congestion in a network.
